A US lifestyle brand planned a direct-to-consumer living-room launch with twelve SKUs spanning side tables, media consoles, and accent seating. They needed a single partner to handle sampling, production, export packaging, and DDP delivery without building an in-house sourcing team.

Challenge

The timeline from approved brief to first container was fixed at forty-five days. Each SKU required distinct carton engineering, compliance labeling for multiple states, and coordinated factory slots across two production bases. Any delay in sampling or packaging approval would miss the marketing window.

Solution

AMHANCIBLE assigned a dedicated program manager and ran parallel tracks: factory sampling, packaging design, and compliance review. We standardized flat-pack carton specs to improve container utilization and aligned DDP routing through our North American hub. The first container shipped on day forty-three; all twelve SKUs reached the brand warehouse within the agreed window.
