Do I need to prepare my own tools?
No, products typically come with a dedicated hex key and clearly sorted hardware packs. You usually don’t need any extra tools to complete the assembly.
What should be the first step after unboxing?
Keep the wooden boards inside the box or on a soft surface to prevent scratching. Count all parts and hardware first, and carefully check pillar numbers against the manual. If anything is missing, contact us for free replacements.
A few pillars in the package look identical. Does it matter if I install them backwards?
Absolutely. This is a common reason for tilted trees or misaligned holes. Check the number/letter labels on both ends of each pillar so they match the current step in the instructions.
The screws feel tight during the first few turns. Is this normal?
Yes, entirely normal. Metal anchors use high-quality threads designed to prevent loosening over long-term use. Initial resistance is expected—keep the screw perfectly straight before fully tightening.
