You must ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. Once receiving the shipment confirmation email from US, changes to the delivery address are not possible.

 

Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please contact our customer service via email. We will promptly inform you about the cause of the delay, its effects, and provide a new expected delivery time.

 

If your order includes several parcels, they may arrive separately as carriers often handle them as individual parcels. Should you only receive part of your order, we kindly ask you to wait a few more business days. If all your parcels have not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service via email. We will promptly provide you with detailed information about your delivery.
