How much clearance do I need for delivery and assembly?
Measure doorways, stair turns, and elevator openings against the carton dimensions listed on the product page. Leave room to lay out panels flat during assembly — typically the footprint of the finished piece plus about 24 in (60 cm) on each side.

Getting Started

Do I need special tools to assemble my furniture?
Most pieces require only the hex key and hardware included in the carton. A Phillips screwdriver and a soft mallet can help on larger units. Power tools are not required unless noted in the manual.
Should furniture be assembled flat or upright? Do I need two people?
Follow the step order in your manual — many units are built flat and then lifted upright. We recommend two people for items over 50 lb (23 kg) or taller than 60 in (152 cm) to avoid strain and panel damage.
